LMI Studies

Every year the Logistics Institute conducts a national survey addressing compensation and career mobility for logistics practitioners. This research provides critical information for practitioners and organizations on current salary compensation levels and emerging trends in recruitment and retention programs and career path models. It also helps determine how the Logistics Institute can best serve its members and the logistics community. Individuals working in supply chain logistics as well as procurement, materials, management and distribution usually participate in the study. This study analyzes trends affecting the supply chain logistics community from as many perspectives as possible. Below are reports that have been published in previous years.
