- All sales are final. Please ensure that the product you are purchasing is the correct size and/or colour. Services and goods provided and sold by the Logistics Institute shall not be refunded or exchanged.
- You should receive merchandise 4-6 weeks after purchase date.
- Orders outside Canada should expect longer shipping times. Duties, brokerage, and additional freight charges will apply.
- All Products are shipped via Canada Post Express Mail.
- Shipping fee is a flat rate of $7.95 for orders within Canada.
